Based in Indonesia—a key player in the Global South and home to the largest Muslim community on Earth—we offer a distinct vantage point. We believe that International Law is not a rigid monument of stone; it is a dynamic field where diverse legal traditions must meet and dialogue.
OUR IDENTITY: The Convergence of Three Worlds

4. Cyber Law & Digital Sovereignty
Protecting the rights of the "Digital Global South" against data colonialism and the algorithmic hegemony of Big Tech.
OUR METHODOLOGY: Critical & Socio-Legal
We adopt a Critical Legal Studies (CLS) approach. We do not just interpret the text of a treaty; we interrogate the power dynamics behind it.
We believe that law does not exist in a vacuum. It interacts with sociology, theology, and politics. Therefore, our analysis is always context-heavy, data-driven, and historically grounded.
